The Vetlab Premiere 200L

The Premiere 200L Binocular microscope offers not only size but a modern ergonomic design which is important for user comfort and idea for the small to medium size practice laboratory where procedures are required on a frequent basis.

Notable features are its Seidentopf binocular head with eyepieces adjustable not only by rotation (rather than sliding) but also a focusing diopter on one eyepiece, features which are of great importance for users with variable eye focus ability. Also worth noting are its high quality achromat objectives, which are positioned towards the operator (making them much easier to clean, especially the x100 oil ) it also has a large mechanical stage with low positioned X-Y controls close to the focus controls, and a condenser which is fully height adjustable together with a powerful 1 watt LED built -in illumination system that enables clear, bright images.

Upgrades are available in the form of a pair of Plan 10X / 20mm wide field of view eyepieces with rubber eye guards which will enhance your viewing experience, and a 60X dry objective which is useful for avoiding the use of oil on some specimens. There are also photographic attachments and for those wishing to perform semen analysis, a heated stage is available.

Powerful LED Illumination

New innovative techniques for creating white light with an LED source have resulted in a completely new and unique path in imaging. The use of this light source in LED microscopy means firstly, by optimising the image this way, much more detail of the sample can immediately be seen, and secondly, the heat emission levels are kept very low.

The powerful LED illumination gives perfect image quality which provides up to 50,000 hours of use. The 1w light source provides an excellent source of bright white light which is perfect for microscopy image quality and photography. Bringing all the advantages of LED technology, as well as a comfortable viewing position during long periods of microscopy examinations, this microscope will stand the test of time in any laboratory.
