VetSpin® Micro PLUS Centrifuge
The VetSpin®Micro PLUS Multi-Speed Digital centrifuge is designed for fast centrifugation volumes of biological fluids up to 2 ml. As its name implies it performs a similar function to our VetSpin® Micro but with the addition of the following features:
• Rotor positioned inside chamber casing for extra safety protection.
• Rotors available to hold up to 2ml volume in tubes and Microhaematocrit Capillary Tubes.
• Large transparent lid allows full view of rotor
• Top speed 12,000 rpm generating a maximum rcf of 9,660.
• Adjustable speed and time.
• Digital LED screen instantly indicates power On/Off, speed/time and lid open/closed.
• Perfect not only for separating serum or plasma from whole blood including that in tubes with separation gel, but also Microhaematocrit assays (40mm capillary) and urine sediments.
• The centrifuge features our unique Rotor Clip System, a popular feature on our basic ‘Micro’, which makes rotors very simple and safe to change.
