The VetSpin Micro II mini-centrifuge is perfect for every small animal veterinary practice laboratory to perform the essential routine task of separating serum or plasma from blood samples as quickly as possible to preserve analytes from deterioration before analysis, either in-house or externally.

Intended Use
Officially, this mini-centrifuge is designed to separate sediment, spin down aqueous solutions and solvent suspensions of differing densities in compatible sample containers. Accordingly, this will cover separation of serum and plasma from whole blood samples (best taken <24hrs) and sediment from urine samples destined for laboratory analyses. N.B. This centrifuge is not designed for microhaematocrit analyses.
